All products available for purchase on our website are made from 925 sterling silver. Gold may be available by custom order. Please contact us to confirm the available metal, finish, specifications, price and timing before placing a custom order. Where a product is described as having a gold finish, this means gold plating over 925 sterling silver.
Product-specific materials, stones, finishes and specifications are described on the relevant product page. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens and under different lighting.
Every diamond product is supplied with an SGL certificate. Coloured stones, including sapphires, emeralds, rubies and semi-precious stones, are not supplied with certification unless this is stated on the relevant product page.
5. Prices, Payment and Shipping
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payments are accepted through Stripe. Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Standard shipping within Australia is free. International shipping charges, where available, are based on the destination and shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
6. Returns and Refunds
To request a change-of-mind return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. We will discuss your request with you and may agree to accept a return. If we agree, we will confirm the return conditions with you.
